15 Years of Service, Three Offices Strong

Laura's path started on the ground floor. She spent 15 years working directly with the Hispanic community before adding five years of immigration education alongside an attorney. That preparation shaped everything. Today she runs two offices in Tennessee and one in Florida, supported by two immigration attorneys and a DOJ accredited representative. Hundreds of families have received help through her work, and the numbers keep growing.

The trademark Hispanos Exitosos reflects what she's always believed: that success is possible. Her team handles immigration consultations through R.I.S.E Immigration Services, a nonprofit built specifically to serve people facing some of the hardest moments of their lives, including detention, deportation fears, and family separation.

Guided by Reliability, Compassion, and Community

Laura's approach is straightforward. She and her team show up with expertise, reliability, and a compassionate attitude. That's the standard she holds for every case and every family that walks through the door. Citizenship education is one area she's especially committed to, making sure people know their options before a crisis forces the decision.

Her partnership with attorney Wynter Pfundme through Immigration Annex has helped extend her reach. But the foundation of her work has never changed. It's about meeting real people where they are. From her early days as a social worker to leading three offices, Laura Ward has stayed focused on one thing: the well-being of the community she serves.
